This week Troy sits down with WB Dago Rodriguez, creative director of Fraternal Review and the man who has been running Southern California's Masonic magazine since 2016. They talk about building a print periodical from scratch, why a lodge that stops evolving stops existing, and the surprisingly serious philosophy hiding inside Fight Club.

Dago took over Fraternal Review in 2016 after joining the Southern California Research Lodge, and turned a black and white photocopy folded and mailed by hand into a full color monthly magazine, one of the only Masonic publications still hitting eleven issues a year. He and Troy dig into the talk he is bringing to EFC 2026, Fight Club and Freemasonry, and the real subject underneath it: masculinity, role models, and the difference between building and destroying. They also get into Observant Masonry, generational unity, and why a lodge that stops evolving stops existing.
